BANKRUPTCY

We understand that no two cases are exactly alike which is why we work closely with each client and create a customized plan that will help them resolve their current financial issues and start down the road to recovery.

CAR ACCIDENTS

What you do immediately following an accident can affect the value of your case. The most important things to do are to call the police and get prompt medical attention. Discussion with the other driver should be limited to exchanging names, insurance information, and plate numbers. Do not discuss who was at fault, and do not discuss your physical condition, other than to ask for someone to call the police and have them request an ambulance if you need one.

CRIMINAL LAW

The general public tends to disregard those who have been charged with a criminal offense and write them off as deserving of any punishment fit for them. What these people do not understand is that just because you are accused of an offense does not make you guilty. An arrest does not equal a conviction, and this is where an experienced criminal defense attorney comes into play.
